Alumina support roller
High-performance fine crystal alumina support roller is made of good quality high aluminum material ,produced by equal static pressure forming technology and crystal grain growth control technology by adding compound sintering additives .Density of this product is up to 3.66g/cm3, rigidity (HRA), 88and abrasive loss ,0.1‰.This product fills domestic blank,with its general performance index up to domestic leading level.And this product is new generation product of steel support roller and has wider application fore ground.

Two-section support roller can reduce reshaped pressure point of belt on support roller and hollow device of the roller can make sundries fall by itself without absorbing or sticking the support roller ,which both can prolong service life of the support roller.
5. Long service life (2-5 times loner than steel support roller )and belt abrasion can be reduced. The belt edge never comes loose ,which prolongs belt service life.
